A Brief Discussion on the Daily Management of Iron Core Winding Machines!

The daily management of the iron core winding machine mainly includes the following points:
Before driving, check and confirm that the technical condition of the machine and the surrounding environment meet safety requirements. Confirm that the power supply is normal, check and confirm that the pressure of the compressed air meets the requirements. Prepare the required paper tubes, packaging materials, and tools, and before starting the production line, thread the guide cloth according to the prescribed route. When performing online slitting, adjust and set the spacing of the longitudinal slitting blades according to the width specifications of the product. Check the relevant information on the control panel or touch screen, adjust and confirm the current status of the iron core winding machine. Insert the winding rod to be used into the paper tube and inflate it in the correct position for positioning.
According to the requirements of the production notice (roll length or diameter), select the automatic roll changing method and enter the corresponding set value (usually the roll length set value). Select the tension control mode (usually constant tension control) according to the product performance specifications, and set the corresponding value, but it is advisable to take a smaller tension before starting up. Place the prepared winding rod in the correct position and start the iron core winding machine after the startup conditions are met. And promptly replenish spare winding rods after each roll change.
During the preparation phase, the cross cutting knife trigger switch (if configured) should be in the "safe" (i.e. depressed) state, while the switch should remain in the "dangerous" (i.e. unplugged) state after startup. When the product is rolled down, personnel are only allowed to work from the side and are not allowed to stay in the front; It is prohibited to enter or remain in the alert area while changing rolls. After the product is rolled off, label and package the product properly, and keep records in a timely manner. When a malfunction occurs midway and production is restarted, the current length should be reset to ensure that the roll length meets customer requirements.
When the machine is in manual mode, new commands can only be issued after the action instructions have been completed, otherwise it is highly likely to damage the equipment. When the machine is in operation, especially in automatic roll changing mode, someone must monitor it. When there are signs of endangering personal, equipment, and property safety, the emergency stop switch should be pressed in a timely manner to ensure safe production.
