5： Check if there is any looseness in the pneumatic magnetic switches.
6： Check all wiring terminals and tighten the screwdriver to ensure good contact.
7： Apply 40% engine oil to each sliding part on the machine.
8： The premise of connecting the iron core winding machine to the power supply is to ensure that the machine is well grounded. After connecting the power supply, first check the leakage protection function, close the typical leakage protection circuit breaker, press the experimental button, and the circuit breaker also needs to be short circuited for protection. Ensure that the power supply voltage is correct, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
9： After the core winder is connected to the source, adjust the inlet pressure regulating valve of the machine to ensure the air pressure is 0.5~0.7MPa.
